I am a PMP and Scrum Master, I have 15 years experience working on Systems integration and Software development projects mostly in the Telecoms, Media and Technology sector. I am fluent in French and English. I am the principal consultant at IFOCUS.

IFOCUS is a London (UK) consultancy. We provides project management services: management of project delivery and process improvements services. IFOCUS has helped UK companies deliver significant projects, including most French mobile phone operators.

Systems Integration and Software development

We have extensive experience in managing systems integration and software development projects using waterfall or iterative/agile models for telecoms operators, solution providers and internet players. Comfortable with small projects to multi-millions pounds/euros projects, we intervene on the full lifecycle: from initiation and pre-sales to project closure.
