I am a PMP and Scrum Master, I have 15 years experience working on Systems integration and Software development projects in the Telecoms, Media and Technology industries. I am fluent in French and English. I am the principal consultant at IFOCUS.

We have extensive experience in managing systems integration and software development projects using waterfall or iterative/agile models for telecoms operators, solution providers and internet players. Comfortable with small projects to multi-millions pounds/euros projects, we intervene on the full lifecycle: from initiation and pre-sales to project closure.
