Method. Our reference in project management processes is the PMBOK from PMI. Our lead consultant Vincent Birlouez is a PMP. We have also been using proprietary methodology such as Logica's Cortex. We believe that project management processes have to be tailored to each individual company which is why we believe in the PMI framework.

Technology. From our educational background we understand technology issues arising on projects and are best positioned to manage them.

Type of projects
Third-party management. For mobile operators and solutions providers we have managed deliveries from external suppliers. You too can benefit from our experiences in managing such projects.

International Projects. We are capable of managing projects in English or French. We have managed projects for French, Belgian, German, English and Swiss customers. We understand what it means to work in Europe.

System integration. COTS software deployment with customisation. We have done it on both side: Customer and Supplier.
